Return Policy
We work to satisfy each Buyer on every transaction so that all legitimate Buyers feel confident buying from us.

Our Return Policy includes returns for defective or damaged CD Roms….for replacement only…NO REFUNDS! This is, after all, a DIGITAL PRODUCT package, and once you have received your package, the ease of duplication of our content since it is already in a digital format, means you must accept our policy.

If, for any reason, you have problems accessing ANY file on either disk, we will replace the disk, or email you the file (or files) you may have a problem with. In four years, we have only had two files show up as bad. Any packagee damaged in transit to your mailing address, will be replaced free of charge, upon proof of receipt of damaged CD. We have sold over 10,500 CDs in four years, and only had 5 incidents of damage.

We will provide free tech support for reported bugs found in navigation, with quick, simply workarounds.

We cannot be responsible for the consequences of a Buyer not reading the entire listing whether intentionally or unintentionally. We reserve the right to refuse purchases and returns for Buyers whom we determine or have not acted in accordance with our policies.
