Years ago, when I lived in the Big City (born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and then moved to Birmingham, Alabama), I used to be a regular at flea markets, both buying, and selling.

I loved the very useful things I would find, incredible bargains, and truly valuable items that I saw as a great investment, but others saw as cast offs.

I used these opportunities to meet other like minded folks, and would make plans to meet them out at the markets when the interest was there.

Now, I don’t get to those markets as much. The nearest good ones are a half day’s drive away. So, I do most of the buy/sell/trade stuff online…thanks to eBay.

However, I still like meeting folks and making new friends, and in the last few years while traveling the country, or the region, I’ve made local contact with online acquaintences.

So, this page is simply a way to arrange meeting any of you who may be in town, or in an area I may visit in the future.

When a job or business takes me someplace new, I’ll put that info here, and if you’re interested in a meetup, you’ll know when and where.

I’ll even use this page to keep track of upcoming radio shows, past shows, interviews, and other things. Until we get to meet someway, keep your eyes here. Comments welcome always…
