    The HazardPak Digital Survival Library comes to life. Created by Richard Fleetwood of SurvivalRing.org, and modified for Shane Connor, CEO of Ki4u.com, this package offers one of the largest survival ebook collections of life saving information yet released to the general public.

    October, 2002
    Shane Connor requests a multimedia CD Rom of digital Survival and Preparedness texts from Richard Fleetwood, who then creates the first volume of the Ultimate Civil Defense Digital Library, marking the very first production of SurvivalRing Media.
