My apologies. The Old WEBRING system has been thoroughly gutted after being bought out by Yahoo last year. MANY of the old webring functions no longer work and new requests to join this ring are fraught with problems. I will be setting up my OWN CGI program on my own website server before summer to replace what Yahoo has screwed up. Until then, bear with me. Thanks for your patience.
