BUILD A FALLOUT SHELTER!
Here are some FEMA fallout shelter plans that have been digitized and can be downloaded from THIS PAGE. You can DOWNLOAD several ADOBE ACROBAT digitized FEMA plans and a few in ZIP files of HTML documents. My eternal thanks to the following individuals for the work and effort that they put into taking the original FEMA plans and digitizing them into the formats presented here for the rest of us "DIGITIZINGLY CHALLENGED" netizens.
They are to be commended and thanked profusely by all recipients of their work. The good news is that I now have a new scanner and will be adding even more plans as time, and research, allows.
I would like to add a section of EXPEDIANT SHELTERS, which would be those shelters that can be put together in a few hours notice, with a bit of heavy, though organized, labor. If you have plans for ANY shelters that you do NOT see here, please, Please, PLEASE let me borrow them from you for a short time so that they too may be posted on this page.
NOTE: These files below are in HIGH DEMAND, especially since the World Trade Center attack of September 11, 2001. PLEASE download, and if you can, UPLOAD to your own websites as MIRROR sites of this page....and send me the addres where you have posted them. I will add a list of ALL mirror sites to this page JUST IN CASE files are deleted here.
READ BELOW at the bottom of this page for what occurred to THIS page, and the downloadable plans, directly as a result of the attack. One of my website accounts was DELETED on the Hypermart Host system due to EXCESSIVE BANDWIDTH USAGE. I now have a NEW host, with 100gig of data transfer a month...which should be plenty.

Dear Sirs,
Thanks for the info. I was not given 48 hours....I was given NONE. Immediately upon checking the email I went to check the disk and bandwidth usage of this account, and I am NOT allowed to log it to do even that. This notice copied below sat in my mail box for NO LONGER than two hours, as I checked my mail before going to work at noon, and came back to it at lunch finding it then.
I do NOT run any kind of illegal warez games, any illegal downloads, nor ANYTHING but a business site on this account. This account was used for my Amazon.com associate website, and for providing downloads for my other website with emphasis on SURVIVAL and PREPAREDNESS.
Since I cannot see what files were being downloaded because I can't access my stats, I can not tell you exactly what files they were...but there were only 6 or so.......
and I can tell you that the BANDWIDTH SPIKE occurred and sustained AFTER the World Trade Center AND the Pentagon were attacked EXACTLY ONE WEEK AGO on September 11th, 2001. What does THIS tell you about the American need for SAFETY information in a nation JUST attacked by Terrorists?
ALL of these files were PDF files, small in size, and SPECIFICALLY digitized FEMA fallout shelter plans...NO LONGER AVAILABLE FROM FEMA OR ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCY. There were only a FEW places on the web where you could get these plans for free...and guess what....you just killed the MAIN SITE ON THE WEB for them. Thank you so very very much.
I assume you are aware of the little disaster that occured in a small place called NEW YORK last week. I bet if you look at the stats on this account you will see that ALL the bandwidth that this account supposedly exceeded on pertains to these PDF files....downloaded by SCARED and FRIGHTENED Americans looking for ANY info they could on shelter....and this account was one of THE BEST KNOWN in the WORLD for providing the info and download access to EVERYONE at no charge.
I will also assume that you will not allow this site to go back up as it was, and that you will not make any attempt to make these plans available again via your system, nor allow me to without charging me more and therefore profiting from this terrorist act....just like those swell folks nation wide who started charging 5 bucks a gallon for gasoline last tuesday before the sun went down.
I will also assume no reponse to this email, since I am quite upset and very disappointed in this service now.
I fully intend to go public with what you have just done, including the media. I was very much in contact with worldwide media before y2k ( guess why ) and even more so now, and I intend to get newspapers, radio, TV, and every other media area there is ON NOTICE that HYPERMART is ANTI AMERICAN, PROFITTING FROM TERRORIST ACTIVITY, and DELETING INFORMATION OF A LIFE SAVING NATURE from a simple website, that up til this past week, met EVERY SINGLE POINT of your precious TERMS OF SERVICE.
Yes, I KNOW it is a business decision...Yes, I know it was probably AUTOMATED.....and yes, I know ..... YOU have a business to run.
So, run it....and making mistakes like this in times of national emergency is REALLY going to cost you some business.
This leads me to believe that your business procedures, and your business GOALS........MAY need some tuning up and overhaul.
Saying one thing....doing another.....killing an honest to God site ONLY online to share lifesaving info.....gee, what swell guys you are.
