Civil Defense Now! Articles

This section of SurvivalRing is to collate somewhat those things I have written in past
months, and stories and articles I WILL be writing expressly for this area.
I also invite those of you so inclined to send your OWN articles for publication
in this section of the website.
I ask that all submissions for this part of SurvivalRing be relevant to the topics of CIVIL DEFENSE, SHELTERS, or real Disaster survival, be timely, have PUNCTUATION, and at least have been spell checked ONCE. I reserve the right to edit any articles submitted as needed for
presentations sake, as well as the right to refuse publication for any reason
I see fit. After all, it is MY site and I am responsible for all that appears
here.
I will categorize the articles and provide a Table of Contents on this page,
and will provide a link on all articles to return to this page.
Suggestions for topics include all kinds of civil defense, home security, family disaster response, threat assessment, natural disaster mitigation, reports of actual disaster survival and recovery to any natural or manmade disaster, community standards of preparedness and mitigation, safety methods, ideas, and suggestions. The webring is but one way for you and others to stay in touch. This page will be the index for all submitted and accepted articles. Use the ARTICLE SUBMIT page to send your article to Richard, and you will be notified as soon as possible of its acceptance.
So, let the postings begin shortly, and I look forward with much interest
to your thoughts, submissions, and comments.
